Budapest's Hottest Clubs

Otkert

With a nice mix of all genres, there’s something for everyone here. Otkert’s dance floor is always packed and is a good bet for a fun night out. As an added bonus, when the post-clubbing hanger kicks in, Hot Dog Cold Beer is right next door.

Tesla

A former museum of electrical engineering, Tesla is a sleek EDM hotspot. It’s the most centrally located nightclub in the city, so you can have pre-drinks just about anywhere before heading here. Afterwards, snag some grub at Karavan or El Rapido, which are both a stone’s throw away.

Corvin Club

Wanna check out a rooftop party? Budapest’s Corvin Club has the city’s best rooftop terrace and keeps the party going until sunrise. Drinks are affordable, and if the roof isn’t for you, the club inside is a blast as well. Corvin Club doesn’t get going until 1 or 2am, so make this club your last stop.

Hello Baby

If you’re feeling fancy, make your way to Hello Baby, a club known for its amazing architecture and classy vibes. While you’ll feel pretty boujee inside, the drink prices are nothing to be scared of as they’re only slightly higher than most other Budapest venues.

A38

Home to Budapest’s best shows, A38 is a cargo ship turned nightclub. The boat sits right on the Danube river, so it’s located pretty far away from the rest of the city’s hotspots. If you plan on paying A38 a visit (which you absolutely should), check out what acts they have coming up so you can experience one of the club’s legendary concerts.

Morrison’s 2

A hub for university students, Morrison’s 2 is a massive bar/club with 5 different dance floors. It’s definitely out of the way, so plan on spending a lot of time here if you’re gonna make the trip out.  Make sure to have a meet-up point with your friends - it’s pretty easy to get lost in this maze of a ruin pub.

Doboz

Can’t quite decide what you want? Doboz offers the best of both worlds, sporting a nice terrace area as well as a “house party” themed club inside. Located in between Tesla and Corbin Club, this ruin pub is the perfect place to go if you’re next move is a full-on nightclub.

Akvarium

Located beneath a pool of water, Akvarium is another great concert venue with a fun and quirky atmosphere. Afterwards, head to the pool terrace above the club, which is a popular late-night hangout spot for students. All of Budapest’s best hostels are a short walk from Akvarium, making this unique club the perfect place to wrap up your night out.
